Who is sending the messages
Text messages are sent by Blue & White Autohaus, Inc., an independent BMW repair shop located at 5838 SW 68 Street, South Miami, FL 33143.
What messages you will receive
If you opt in, we send text messages about your vehicle service only:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Status updates on a vehicle in the shop, including estimates and approvals.
- Replies to questions you send us.
- Notice that your vehicle is ready for pickup.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in
Opt-in is express and always initiated by you — by submitting the form below with the consent box checked, by giving us your mobile number and consent in person at the shop when you drop off a vehicle, or by texting us first. We never add a number without consent, and consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the service activity on your vehicle. Most customers receive only a few messages per repair visit.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Blue & White Autohaus, Inc. does not charge for the messages themselves; any charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to stop messages, and how to get help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further messages unless you opt in again.
